Move your feet

Feet! Can you stand on your tip toes and raise your heels from the ground? How is your balance?

My mum is 70 years old and 2 years ago, couldn't lift her heels from the floor without nearly falling over. She put it down to old age and accepted that she wasn't ever going to be able to do it. She's been doing Pilates once a week with me since October 2020 and she can now do 5 heel raises on each leg with a finger tip touch to the wall.


It doesn't matter how old or young you are, and just proves that adding in some exercises into your routine can really make a difference.
